Your Responsibilities
Support our Sales Team in serving national and international customers
Preparation and follow-up of quotations
Coordination and processing of customer inquiries
Communication with customers, partners and service providers in an international environment
Maintenance of data, documentation and reports
Support with administrative and organizational tasks
Your Profile
Completed commercial education or a comparable qualification
Previous experience in sales or customer support is an advantage
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Business-fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
Hands-on mentality and willingness to take responsibility
Strong customer service orientation and professional appearance
Curiosity, willingness to learn and interest in a dynamic environment

Flexible working hours distributed over five days per week from Monday to Sunday according to the duty roster
38.5 hours per week with no core working hours
For this position, a minimum monthly gross salary of EUR 2,750 (all-in) is offered. Depending on qualifications and experience, a higher salary is possible.
